How it works
Our programmes encourage a nature-based approach to leadership and personal development, inspired by the innate wisdom of horses and the relational intelligence of herd behaviour.
We offer:
- 1, 2 and 3 day programmes (with overnight stays in a peaceful off-grid environment).
- Hybrid Leadership Programmes (combining online group learning and coaching with in-person horse-guided practice).
- Host your own networking events and hire our working stable base in East Berwickshire to host your own networking events.
Every HERD Dynamics programme begins with a consultation call to understand your team, goals, and challenges.
We then design a tailored learning experience combining reflection, experiential exercises, and facilitated discussion to create space for awareness, connection, and alignment to grow naturally.
About our Programmes
Where
Based at our working stable base in East Berwickshire, Scotland, the participants take part in a session together covering communication, teamwork and leadership. Sessions are run both indoor and outside, with attendees spending time in nature and with our horses throughout the session.
More than just a day
Our program includes take-away leadership materials that you can keep forever. We also offer options to include beverages and breakfast and/or lunch items upon request (additional cost).
Why Horses?
Horses live in herds governed by shared leadership, trust, and non-verbal communication. They respond to emotion, intention, and energy – not roles or titles – offering immediate, honest feedback.
