About Herd Dynamics
HERD Dynamics was founded by Danielle McKinnon, a certified TeachingHorse™ practitioner and the visionary behind Eat Sleep Ride. Danielle’s leadership is grounded in over 20 years of experience in equine-assisted learning, neurodiversity advocacy, NLP, and values-led facilitation. She is part of a team of global coaches dedicated to shared leadership and nature-based development.
What is Herd Dynamics
HERD Dynamics is a hybrid leadership programme combining experiential learning with horses, nature-based coaching, and values-led facilitation. It offers an immersive alternative to boardroom training, designed to create more authentic, connected, and grounded leaders.
HERD Dynamics is a collaborative initiative, created through the work of Eat Sleep Ride (a registered Scottish charity) and shaped by the globally recognised TeachingHorse™ model. Proceeds from our leadership programmes directly fund community projects supporting children, young people, carers, and families through equine-assisted learning.
Our facilitators draw on a blend of TeachingHorse practices equine leadership, neurodiversity insight, NLP, and trauma-informed care to create impactful, values-led experiences.
